I’m Cassie, Founder & Strategic Advisor in Consultation Strategy, Patient Experience, and Aesthetic Practice Development at Florence Foundations.

Florence Foundations was built from real-world experience in aesthetic practice development, provider hiring, operations management, revenue generation, and curriculum development in aesthetics education.

As a certified medical aesthetician working closely with both clinics and students, I recognized that while aesthetic programs provide essential technical and foundational education, many of the real-world consultation, communication, treatment planning, and patient-experience skills that clinics value most can be difficult to fully explore within traditional program timeframes.

Florence Foundations was created to help bridge that gap through modern, experience-driven education designed to support long-term growth within aesthetic practice.
