How we are different
Transformative outcomes vs. quick sales
Working behind the scenes in aesthetics education showed me just how disconnected many training programs are from the fast-evolving needs of the industry.
While working in admissions and curriculum development at a private career college in Toronto, I quickly saw a disconnect between what was being taught vs. what the industry actually needs. The program was over-crowded, outdated and instructors weren’t keeping up with current laser and energy-based treatments. After doing some competitive research across Canada’s largest city, it became clear that other programs were just offering more of the same.
With years of experience helping clinics hire the right talent, I know that basic technical training alone isn’t enough—employers are just as focused on strong consultation skills and real-world industry knowledge.
My training provides coaching in consultative skills and patient education as well as a strong foundation in laser physics, the interaction between energy-based devices and the skin, and an in-depth understanding of skin types. This comprehensive approach ensures students can confidently apply their knowledge across a wide range of treatments—and adapt as new technologies and devices emerge in the evolving aesthetics landscape.
